Group CRM Manager
What it’s all about
We’re looking for a talented individual to manage the CRM for our award-winning communications consultancy. The suitable candidate will be eager to plan and lead the execution of digital business solutions that will take the consultancy to the next level of marketing, sales, business development, and client relationship automation and reporting.

- Strong knowledge of CRM’s (ideally Hubspot)
- Proven leadership skills when managing a CRM
- Be data and insight driven
- Experienced in utilising tools to manipulate, visualise and present data
- Adept at delivering training and communicating in a clear and impactful way
- Able to multitask and work to deadlines
- Interested in future digital marketing trends
What you’ll need to do
This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop your career with a market-leading specialist communications consultancy. This is a new role reporting to the Head of Group Marketing and part of a team of passionate marketing professionals.
You will work with our 80+ staff members across the consultancy to maximise the use of the CRM database (Hubspot), upskilling staff and their understanding of how the CRM database supports their objectives. This will require delivering training as well as producing and fine-tuning reporting, marketing, sales, business development and client relationship processes together with data quality; improving this through clear data definitions and guidelines.
You will be key in ensuring that the consultancy is adhering to GDPR in relation to our CRM data.
