Rose Road

Rose Road really do make a difference to the lives of hundreds of Hampshire families.

BECG are proud to support The Rose Road Association, which provides services for over 300 children and young adults with severe physical disabilities, learning difficulties and/or autism across Hampshire and surrounding counties. Rose Road is a vital support for families living with a child or young adult with disabilities, and provides overnight short breaks, a community outreach service providing one to one support, as well as after school and holiday activity schemes, Saturday clubs and advice and support.

At the heart of their operations is the Bradbury Centre, a nurturing and safe home-from-home environment for children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and their extended families. At the Bradbury centre they offer 24-hour respite care and a range of activities to suit the tastes and abilities of the children and young adults in their care. This vital respite care gives families the chance to regroup, relax and to rebalance family life.

BECG was pleased to be able to produce a film (below) in collaboration with Dame Esther Rantzen to highlight the support that Rose Road provides to local families.
