Former Vice Chairman of the Party and twice his party’s candidate for Mayor of London. He is an acknowledged expert in property, infrastructure and transportation. Steve chairs Soho Estates and is a member of the UK Property 100. He is Chair of the Council of the National Infrastructure Planning Association; Senior Advisor to Cubic Transportation Systems; President of ITS-UK, and a Commissioner of the Independent Transport Commission. He has chaired FTSE and AIM businesses and served on two NYSE boards.

In 2015 and 2017 Hannah stood for Parliament, as the Conservative Candidate for Harrow West. Patrick combines consultancy advice with a PhD on Blair’s Downing Street Chief of Staff. He won the Cabinet Secretary’s prize for research on the European Referendum and with Sir Michael Barber wrote a study of Education Secretaries.
