Helen has worked at HSBC for 10 years in a number of different HR roles. Her current role has oversight for all hiring activity within the commercial and wholesale banking operations across the UK and Europe, circa 3,000 hires per annum across 15 markets. Helen’s areas of specialism are resourcing, change and transformation and diversity and inclusion.
