Will is BECG’s digital client delivery lead, bringing with him 12 years’ experience in branding and digital programme working with a range of clients. Will has delivered a number of bespoke online platformthat are dedicated to building safety work and communications channels for external audience

Jennifer, a member of BECG’s public relations team, has experience managing high-profile crisis responses in-house, for a major property manager and developer. Her experience spans resident engagement, media and internal communications.

Ali Craft

Associate Director

BECG Associate Director Ali Craft joined the London team in October 2019 after 11 years working for the Labour Party. Ali started working for London Labour Party in 2014 and became Deputy Director in 2017. Through this time Ali worked across all 32 London Boroughs, working with senior Labour Politicians including borough leaders, MPs and Sadiq Khan and his senior team at City Hall.

Since joining BECG, Ali has worked with Barking Riverside Ltd, Bellway and Southern Housing Group on the remedial work following the fire at Samuel Garside House. This has involved working closely with local residents, community groups and politicians to keep them updated throughout the project.

Ali is also working with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing on two fire remediation projects in Sutton and Hertfordshire, ensuring that residents are kept updated on progress which has also involved working closely with the client as they decant residents for work to take place.

Ros Selby

Associate

Ros has six years’ experience leading communications and resident engagement in-house for housing associations, following a long career as a civil servant running government communications projects.

She has vast experience in managing both media crises and resident engagement on issues including fire safety and remediation, decants and estate regeneration, for Persimmon Homes, The Guinness Partnership, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing and Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association.

She uses her knowledge and experience of building safety issues and the broader landscape to bring strategic oversight and senior counsel to projects for the Building Safety Unit.

David Button

Senior Account Director

David has almost a decade’s experience of supporting clients to manage communications and engagement on complex projects, including crisis communications following building safety issues across the country. He has an excellent track record in delivering resident engagement programmes that bring residents on the journey and overcome hostile positions.

Oliver Hazell

Account Director

Oliver works in Cavendish Advocacy’s government relations team. He brings a wealth of experience in housing and planning policy and public affairs. He complements this industry expertise with political campaigning having been a Campaign Manager and local Association Chairman for the Conservative Party and was Deputy Field Director for London for Britain Stronger In Europe during the EU referendum.

He is currently supporting organisations to reflect their strategic priorities to government on building safety in light of the Building Safety Bill progressing through parliament.

Senior Account Manager

Tom works in BECG’s Corporate Communications team and has worked with two of the UK’s largest housing associations on their crisis response and fire safety and remediation work. During this time Tom additionally worked closely with BECG’s Digital Team to develop a resident portal in order to deliver bespoke, digital first communications to residents impacted by remedial works.

Georgina Walker

Account Manager

Since joining BECG, Georgina has been involved in some of UK’s largest housing associations crisis response and stakeholder management processes. She has also worked on a number of significant community engagement projects for high-profile developments such as the Paddington Square redevelopment and the luxury Cheval Blanc Mayfair Hotel in Westminster.

Olivia Choudhry

Account Executive

Olivia joins BECG with a BA in International Relations from King’s College London. On a day-to-day basis, Olivia helps with media and political monitoring and generating reports. She currently supports a residential engagement project for a cladding replacement scheme in London as well as working with one of the top five developers in the UK to produce external-facing messages for fire safety.
