BECG announces Diamond Partnership with Housebuilder

Having helped to gain consent and sell thousands of new homes across the UK for its clients, BECG is proud to announce its Diamond Partnership with Housebuilder, the premier title for the UK housebuilding industry.

Housebuilding is at the heart of the built environment and BECG’s new partnership with Housebuilder cements our role as the leading sector specialist communications consultancy for the industry. BECG has been playing a key role for its housebuilder clients in building trust and understanding between the developer, investors and local political and community stakeholders.

As part of the partnership, BECG will be supporting and attending the HBF Policy Conference, on 26 March 2019 in London. Just 72 hours ahead of the Brexit deadline, communities secretary James Brokenshire will address the conference, giving the government view of what lies in store and how the industry can help deliver its target of 300,000 homes a year.

Highlights include:

  • BECG client, McCarthy & Stone CEO John Tonkiss, talking about the retirement housebuilder’s new strategy in a challenging market.
  • Market and economy forecast from Christine Whitehead, emeritus professor of housing at the London School of Economics, and Savills’ director of residential research Lucian Cook.
  • An expert panel, including BECG clients Redrow Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Telford Homes, and Bellway Homes, debating the issues surrounding diversity and inclusion in the sector.

Chaired by Natalie Elphicke, CEO of The Housing and Finance Institute, the conference is essential for anyone involved in the UK housebuilding sector and interested in the drive to increase UK new homes supply.
