On 26th January, four courageous members of the BECG team will take on the challenge of the Brutal 5k trail run to raise funds for The Brain Tumour Charity, one of BECG’s chosen charity partners.
Brutal runs are seriously tough trail races across open countryside and military training grounds and, with muddy bogs to traverse and waist high river crossings to wade through, participants can expect to get seriously wet and muddy.
Sam Clough, Taylor Haydon and Fiona Harvey from BECG’s Marketing team and Suzie White from our Accounts team are up for the challenge and hoping to raise vital funds for this important cause.
102,000 people in the UK are living with a brain tumour and they are one of the biggest cancer killers of children and young people under 40. The Brain Tumour Charity is dedicated to funding research, raising awareness, reducing diagnosis times and providing support and information to people with brain tumours and their families. They have committed over £41.2 million to date into research that will have a real impact on the brain tumour community and they need our support to continue this work.
